Health Yoga Northwest, one of the premiere Iyenger Yoga Centers in the Northwest, was established in 1984 and offers 37 classes per week. Our instructors are highly trained and certified and are committed to quality instruction. We pride ourselves on making Yoga accessible to everyone with safety, care, and encouragement.
