Local Economy:- We will extend credit to local suppliers of organic products who are at an early stage of development and need our economic support.
- We will guarantee shelf space to any local organic food provider.
- We will continue to purchase 99% organic foods.
- We will continue to be a business that has an employee parking lot of only bicycles on most days.
- We will financially support/advertise in our neighborhood and business association newsletters.
- We will continue our strong involvement in the activities of local government.
- We are a business with values which instill pride in our employees.
- We will look for additional ways to extend creative freedom to our employees.
Cindi Landreth Home Design
Local Economy:- I will choose recycled office supplies and purchase from locally owned businesses, and encourage clients and colleagues to do the same.
- I will schedule appointments outside of the studio a maximum of three days/week. Two days per week I will use alternative transportation.
- I will deepen my roots in my community and client relations rather than focusing on providing more services to more clients.
- I will volunteer my time to help provide the structures necessary to encourage people to identify and connect their values with their actions.
- I will encourage and provide sustainable building design principles and specifications to clients and colleagues. This will include focus workshops to study and develop new ideas.I will provide a living wage for sub-contractors and employees.
